The Mexican Shack was establised in 1975 as a "roadside stand"
at the intersection of route 35 & route 100 in Somers, N.Y.
The original "Shack" was a 600 square foot store selling
imported productions from Mexico and the Southwest and was a leading
provider of Native American Indian Jewelry and Crafts to the Tri-State
area. Having established a solid reputation, The Mexican Shack
expanded into the fine jewelry market in 1985 and now has the
finest and most diverse selection of 14 Karat, 18 Karat, and Platinum
jewlry. Unique and affordable, The Mexican Shack has it all!
Old Location - 1975-1990
Business was booming and there was a desperate need for
more retail space. In 1990, construction was completed and The
Mexican Shack relocated 2.5 miles north on Route 100 in Somers
with over 3,000 square feet of fine gallery quality jewelry and
